ALPS-PRO does not book flights from your home country to the destination. The reason for this is that often, booking directly with the airlines who fly to your destination is the best and cheapest option. But if you have any questions about recommended airlines or information, please feel free to contact us at any time. 
All necessary transfers between your arrival and departure at the airport are included with ALPS-PRO.

Within the description of each activity you will find the duration. Choose your favourite activities. We will arrange for optimal planning during your stay. If you have any special wishes, don’t hesitate to list your preferences with your booking request, or contact us with any queries.

When it comes to deciding what means of transport will be the best to take you from A to B, the decision can be difficult, and you can never guarantee that you will receive a fair price. This is why ALPS-PRO and our travel partners take care of this. We have already chosen the best available transfers between stops. We make sure that you have reliable transport to get from A to B, at the best value price, when we organize all the essential travel plans.

We will save all your travel details, giving you the opportunity to see the status and sequence of your personal booking information and also the opportunity to edit them. Your personal information will not be distributed to third parties - only the service providers will receive your information.

Through our platform, you get a very competitive price compared to other agencies. The reason for this is that through ALPS-PRO bookings are made directly with the local service providers.

All services included are clearly shown on the activity description.

The price of your trip includes accommodation, activities and transfers. The only additional costs for clients are food and occasionally, admission tickets. Flights are not included, or booked on your behalf, but we can assist with airline recommendations and schedules if you need help with your booking.
 
Because ALPS-PRO allows you to fully customize your trip, the price will automatically update itself based on the choices you make, including which hotels you book and which activities you choose. Detailed information about inclusive and exclusive services will be given in the overview of your itinerary when you're planning your trip.

Your selected accommodation, transfers & activities will all be paid for before you leave. Other costs that you might need to pay upon arrival at your destination will depend on your own circumstances.

Taxes are generally included in the price.

It is possible to cancel an itinerary you have already booked. Just contact us if it is necessary.

However, please note that depending on the notice period, we cannot guarantee a full refund if you cancel an itinerary. Our detailed cancellation policy is in the Booking Terms. Please read them carefully before cancelling your booking.

If you want to make a change to booked activities or need to cancel any, we work on your behalf to obtain a refund from service providers.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances (adverse weather conditions, government actions, unforeseeable/unavoidable external circumstances) that endanger or prevent the activity on your Travel Itinerary from proceeding, the service provider can cancel your booking - in these circumstances, you will be fully refunded. For more details, please refer to our Booking Terms.

To ensure a smooth booking process, ALPS-PRO enables the service providers to propose changes to the itinerary you've requested in your booking. In the event that a requested part of the itinerary (for example, a specific hotel room) is unavailable, we will propose an amendment to your itinerary that we believe will work best for you.

In such a case, we will send the alternate proposal. You will receive an email notifying you about the proposal, with a link so that you can review it.

When you accept the alternate proposal, we will then make the reservations and confirm your itinerary. You will be advised of any price changes and, on approval, we will charge the new correct price to your credit card.

The earlier the better. We recommend at least one month in advance, where possible. While we and our partners are able to handle bookings at short notice, it is possible that some specific hotel rooms, and activities may be unavailable if bookings are not made well in advance. We still encourage you to book via ALPS-PRO. If one of your selected options is unavailable, we and our partners will do our very best to provide suitable alternatives.

No, there are no hidden costs involved in bookings on ALPS-PRO.

No fees or service charges are added to prices shown, so you can be confident that as you personalize and book your itinerary, the price you see is what you will pay. Any services that are not included (such as meals or admission tickets) are clearly displayed on the booking summary page. All services included are also clearly shown on the activity description.

Immediately after the booking, you will receive a confirmation by email with the vouchers in PDF format. Please print these vouchers and keep them with you to hand them to the service providers.

The itinerary you book on ALPS-PRO contains your own exclusive schedule. There are no other people that will travel with you. Only on some limited short transfers such as airport shuttles may you possibly travel with others outside of your party.

Depending on your nationality a Schengen-visa could be necessary. To get this Visa we can help you. Please contact us.

When you book with ALPS-PRO, you pay secure by credit card for your trip. You can choose to pay with following Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.
The Wirecard payment page is in accordance with the PCI requirements of the PCI Standard Council for secure payment transactions. Without exception, all payments undergo comprehensive risk management verification, such as 3D secure, and are processed in real time.

All your Credit Card details are processed by Wirecard. Under no circumstance do we, ALPS-PRO, store any of your sensitive Credit Card details.

After you have sent us your request for your personal itinerary, ALPS-PRO checks availability of services with each of the selected hotels, activities and transfers. In the case of any alternate proposals you will be contacted by email. Once you confirm the booking summary, you are then asked to pay online by credit card.

We're working with a secure and high-quality payment provider who handles your credit card information carefully: Wirecard, who have been certified to all relevant security standards. Your credit card information is directly sent to the payment provider and never even reaches our servers. Therefore, we do not store your credit card information anywhere.

Service providers who are selling their services on the ALPS-PRO platform are handpicked by the ALPS-PRO team. We carefully select these providers, making sure that we work only with companies who hold a strong track record and a high reputation.

Furthermore, we verify that all service providers on the ALPS-PRO platform meet all local regulations, certifications, and insurance requirements to make sure that you get the best possible service, even in case of unforeseen circumstances.
