How does it work?

1. Planning and Booking Process:

Do you want to go hiking at 3000m, or go shopping in the finest boutiques, skiing or relaxing by the lakeside, go racing in a Formula 1 race car? Nothing can be left out!

You select from a potpourri of well selected Spots, Activities and Hotels and combine your personal travel package. You can also use our MAP-TOOL

Just choose a spot/activity/hotel and add it to your Travel Package, a window will pop up to ask you all the details about your travel (how many people will travel, how long you want to stay at that spot, etc.) Add as many spots/activities/hotels as you like!

At the overview of your Travel Package: My Travel you see your complete trip and can still edit the details there!

2. Send us your Request

As said, all your added activities/spots/hotels will be saved at your Travel Overview: "My Travel", where you can view and edit your planned trip. If you like your arranged trip and don't want to add anything anymore, click on 'Request your Travel', we will get your Request and take care of it as soon as possible!

If you didn't log in yet, before sending it you have to log in or create an account - that way we can save your booking data as well, as you have an overview of your planned and booked travels! Don't worry, we will take care of your data and don`t use it other than for your travel!

After you have logged in, you get to the Review of your travel where you do the final Request of your Travel.

3. Get a confirmation or suggestion

Give us at most 3 working days to double-check your travel plans, to coordinate your wishes with our partners and to make all the reservations. We will get back to you with the final confirmation or suggestions by email.

In case of any changes - like overbooked hotels, proposals of a more advantageous itinerary, or price variances, we will send you our revised suggestion. We will take our time to discuss with you all details until we find a perfect itinerary according to your desires.

4. Final Booking of your Trip

As soon as your request is confirmed and you like and accept the suggestion we offer, you can finalize your journey and proceed to the booking. You can then pay safely and securely by credit card, or other online-payment-methods, and will then receive your personal travel confirmation.

All the rest is done by us and you can look forward to a stress-free fantastic holiday in the Alps!
